The anti retroviral therapy (ARV)  is extremely important for people living with HIV when it comes to adherence to it, in addition to the health and clinical follow up.
The focus on the ARV may be greater in the case of drug users living with HIV than other people living with this virus.
In fact, the drug user considers drugs as a priority, and forgets the necessity of respecting the ARV, in spite of its importance when it comes to control HIV and stop its activity. It also has a positive effect on the immunity system, and helps the concerned person in order to improve his health and physical conditions.
Therefore, the need to insure a special space for the ARV, and its relation with the drug use in the MENAHRA network have risen in order to mitigate the dangers of the use of drugs.
