General assembly invitation to convene a regular session
Based on the presidential decree No. 7491 issued on 6/02/2012 regarding the foundation of a foreign association under the name of “شبكة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا للحدّ من مخاطر استخدام المخدرات” (the Middle East and North Africa Harm Reduction Association/MENAHRA); Based on articles 2 and 5 of the abovementioned association bylaw regarding the convening of the regular general assembly, The President of the Board of Directors, Dr. Fatima Asouab calls the general assembly to a regular Online session on January 18, 2022, from 10:00 am to 3 PM
Introducing Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST) in Egypt

The Middle East and North Africa Harm Reduction Association (MENAHRA) conducted a training workshop for psychiatrists at governmental hospitals on OST in collaboration with the National Aids Program (NAP) at the ministry of Health Egypt and UNODC.
The training was held in Egypt from 5 to 7 November 2021 and was facilitated by Dr. DR JOSEPH EL KHOURY.

MENAHRA would like to invite you to a very important online workshop on GDPI (The Global Drug Policy Index); it is an exciting new project supported by the Robert Carr Fund and led by a consortium of harm reduction organizations from around the world including MENAHRA The GDPI aims to document, measure, and compare national government policies related to drugs deemed illicit.
